Why We Built This Site
Nebraska makes many court records available, but the right custodian depends on the case. In Thurston County, County Court is generally the first court for traffic, misdemeanors, small claims, probate, guardianship, adoption, protection-order, and preliminary-felony matters. District Court handles bound-over felonies, broader civil disputes, domestic-relations cases, and other general-jurisdiction filings.
